General FAQ’s

  • However you want! In general, the first appointment is considered an intake. We will discuss what led you to therapy, your mental health history, and how you’d like to FEEL post therapy. After the intake, we will get to work on achieving those set goals!

  • A typical therapy session is 53-55 minutes.

  • Absolutely! What we discuss is 100% private. Upon intake, I will go over privacy in detail.

  • Initially, I ask clients to been seen weekly for 4-6 weeks to maintain rapport and really see progress towards goals, relief, and just FEELING BETTER. After this, you can determine the rate of change in seeking wellness. Feeling emotionally depleted is not the only reason to be in session, rather, a great time to explore unhelpful patterns in a clearer state of mind.

  • Evermore provides services for ages 13+

  • Yes. Evermore is a tele-health provider. We will get you set up with our platform as soon as we get you scheduled.

  • Evermore is deeply concerned with client wellbeing, but unfortunately cannot offer direct crisis intervention. Please see below for those resources

  • Clients must notify me 24 hours in advance if they cannot attend a session. After 24 hours, the client will be charged a full session fee. We enlist this policy to protect our therapists’ wellbeing since each hour is reserved for a specific client.

Billing FAQ’s

  • Evermore is currently paneled with BCBS PPO IL and Aetna IL. Please be sure to look up if I’m covered under your plan.

  • I accept Visa and Mastercard. An up to date credit card is required to stay on file at all times for active clients.

  • Payment is due at time of service - there are no exceptions unless otherwise previously determined with the provider.
