Hey! I’m Lindsay.
Just over here dishing out the deets on me…
I swear a lot…in case you haven’t noticed.
I love Taylor Swift (like I named my practice after an album of hers).
I have the cutest puppy and cats that may make appearances in our video sessions.
I’ve been through a lot of personal trauma.
I am a single mom.
I love different cultures/people and I have a liking for exotic experiences.
“Working with Lindsay has been an invaluable and transformative experience in my life journey. When I first sought therapy, I was grappling with overwhelming work anxiety that was impacting both my professional performance and personal well-being. Lindsay provided a safe and empathetic space where I felt heard and understood. Through her guidance and support, I gained practical strategies to manage my anxiety, enabling me to navigate the challenges at work with newfound confidence and resilience.”

Ugh Googling for a therapist…
…on your lunch break wasn’t the way you wanted to start out your Monday. But hey, here you are.
And here I am.
All the words and things therapists say can start to blur together when this is your 3rd or 17th website or profile you are checking out.
So, I hope by now you know, I’m not the traditional kind of therapist you’ve heard or seen on television.
Nope.
I’m a real person.
Apart from being a licensed therapist and a certified trauma therapist…
I am a real person.
Not some notebook carrying, pen-twiddling, looking over my glasses at you, uber professional therapist on a pedestal.
I’m going to throw some spice (and a huge amount of warmth) onto your journey with a splash of laughter, some cursing, and a no BS attitude with the healing you’re wanting.
You’re probably going to have my pets in the background of your session, we are going to dig in to some sh*t, but we will also shoot the sh*t when needed, and ultimately you’re going to feel so much better at the end of it.
I don’t want my tone to come across in any way harsh because I hope you know I have a sh*t ton of warmth, patience, and understanding to go along with it.
You might even say it’s the perfect combo?! Whaaaa!! I mean, I think so… :)
